The DE CMH delivers a low frequency, square wave technology in order to provide a constant maximum voltage to the lamp for an extended period of time giving your plants more photons of light. The CMH ballasts are designed to properly ignite and operate on a low frequency ensuring the safety of you and your crop.
The double ended CMH horticultural light can be used as a stand-alone horticultural light or as supplemental lighting
Double-ended CMH lamps are more stable than traditional, single-ended Metal Halide (MH) lamps and this allows them to have an increase in light intensity and PAR/PPF output of up to 50% compared with similarly powered standard MH lamps.
Features:
1. High lumen output: Initial lumen 70,000, color temperature: 3,100K. Great for horticultural or supplemental greenhouse lighting.
2. New technology for plant boosting: The use of UV far-red spectra promotes higher rate of metabolic activity and resin production, optimal for flowering while also can be used for vegetative growth as well.
3. More efficiency: A proprietary phosphor coating on the outside of the arc tube provides the richest spectrum and produces more photosynthetic active radiation (PAR) per watt than standard HPS/MH bulb.
4. High lumen maintenance: Maintaining over 90% of initial lumen output after running for 8,000 hours, about 85% of lumen output after running for 20,000 hours.
